What you'll see

Collect your Fat Tire E-Bike rental at the OVERFLOW parking lot adjacent to Kilauea Lodge and Restaurant. Please ensure punctuality as we are only available for scheduled rental pickups only. We do not have a store front. If you are not at the meeting spot at your start time we will not be there to meet you. And you will NOT be issued a refund. We start our tour immediately after Bike rentals are picked up.

Bike rentals are available for 3-hour periods:

Morning: 8:45 am - 12:00 pm
Afternoon: 12:15 pm - 3:30 pm

We take pride in being the sole provider of Fat Tire E-Bikes within the National Park, offering you the opportunity to effortlessly explore the park's roads and trails with ease. Please respect all Park Rules and Regulations, as renters are responsible for adhering to them. You may be riding on the roads with cars. Please keep this in mind when booking rentals.

This is a thrilling experience that will leave you with lasting memories! Our bikes are powerful and user-friendly, and we provide a demonstration video prior to your rental, making them accessible even if you're not experienced with E-Bikes.

Enjoy the convenience of never searching for a parking spot while you are inside the park and navigate the park faster than both cars and pedestrians. You'll have the chance to visit all the top park spots efficiently thanks to our exceptional E-Bikes!

For this rental, we recommend intermediate or better bike riders, and please note that your inability to ride our bicycle does not qualify for a refund. You are renting a bike after all.

Please be aware that the E-Bike Rental fee does NOT cover the Park Entrance Fee. You can use your National Parks pass, Active Military ID, or pay the park entrance fee at the park's entrance.

Meeting point

We meet and park in the Kilauea Lodge and Restaurant Overflow Parking Lot between the two Pillars next to the "SLOW DOWN" sign. Please park up front by our white truck and trailer. The back parking is for Kilauea Lodge Employees only.

Important notes

Look for us on the side of Highway 11, at the parks Escape Route Entrance, with all the Fat Tire E-Bikes! We will have a White Truck and Trailer. Look for the Fat Tire E-Bike sign.

**CQF5+3C6 Volcano, Hawaii, HI 96785.** This is not a store front. Some one will meet you with bikes at the Escape Entrance of the park. **Please be prompt.**
