About this experience

The only underground Toledo guided tour, the original, which goes down to several private undergrounds, exclusively, including part of the imperial Roman baths, in the morning, afternoon and evening. Other companies visit the typical basements that are offered free of charge, we visit the most private and different, those that are closed to the public.

Discover the history of the city of the Three Cultures in the places, underground, where they lived from Roman times to practically today.

Visiting: underground of the Roman baths, the dungeons of the Posada de la Hermandad, the basement of a private home with a collection of models of Toledo monuments in wood and the underground of a private house in the Jewish quarter. Up to a total of 5 subways on the same guided tour (from 1 July 2025)

We also walk outside, through different streets and corners of the city, it is not all the time underground.

We visit -the guide opens with his key-, in private, the part of the imperial Roman baths of Toledo (they are not the public offices of the baths that everyone visits), a magnificent underground with centuries of history.

Important notice: from July 1, 2025, you will not visit Thermae, instead you will access another private location of the same Roman baths, also unusual and curious. More news on this route soon!

We stroll outside the Caves of Hercules area and visit an underground area adjoining this special and legendary space. (Do not visit the interior of the Caves of Hercules)

We will walk through different corners on the way to the 4 undergrounds we visited, including a private home.

You will have to be about 10 minutes before the booked time in our office, on SIXTO RAMÓN PARRO STREET, number 9, behind the Cathedral (look for Rutas de Toledo sign, near the Manchego Cheese Museum and at the door with the methacrylate "Rutas de Toledo", between. At the back of the courtyard is our office. There we will deliver the entrance ticket)
