We meet clients at "Around Vesuvio office", the meeting point, in Via Roma 32, Pompeii, usually 15-20 minutes before the departure. The tour starts exactly at the hour booked. The bus goes to the Vesuvius National Park (40 minutes) and stops at 1000 metres hight and there customers will have free time for the visit of Crater. Clients usually have 1 hour and half free time and to reach the Top you just need about 25 minutes by walk. During the walk you will admire Naples Gulf, Sorrento Coast, Capri and more islands. Once at the Crater you can see it smoking (fumaroles) and parts of solidified Lava. After that you will meet again our driver at the same place he dropped you off and you will come back to the meeting point in Pompeii. Total trip duration will be about 3 hours including bus transportation. The price includes the entry ticket to reach Mount Vesuvius Crater and it guarantees hassle-free entry to the crater at the booked time.
