Cancun Airport to Hotel: Upon landing, collect your luggage and exit the terminal through the door marked "Shuttle and Taxis." A representative will be waiting to welcome you and escort you to the vehicle. Your transfer will be ready approximately 20 minutes after your flight lands.

Hotel to Cancun Airport: We will confirm your pickup time one day before your flight. Your driver will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby. To avoid any inconveniences, we suggest being ready a few minutes before the confirmed time, as drivers can only wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled time.
