Cancun Airport to Hotel: Upon landing, collect your luggage and exit the terminal through the door marked “Transporte y Taxis” or “Shuttle and Taxis.” A Travelfy representative will be waiting to greet you and escort you to the vehicle. Your transportation will be ready approximately 20 minutes after your flight lands.
Hotel to Cancun Airport: One day before your flight, we will confirm the pickup time. Your driver will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby. To avoid any inconveniences, we suggest you be ready a few minutes before the confirmed time, as drivers can only wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled time.
