We will teach you how to survive a full on attack using your mindset and a set of unique easy to follow principles.

We supply training for civilians as well as military, police, security, NHS & emergency staff.

Cross Krav Maga principles have been pressure tested by our highly trained instructors to ensure they work for anyone including males and females regardless of their size and fitness

We have a no ego policy throughout all our classes, which means you get to train in a safe friendly environment.
