What you'll see
Your chauffeur will wait for you at the baggage claim for domestic arrivals. If your flight is arriving from an international destination - the driver will meet you at the customs exit 45 minutes after the flight has landed. This is to allow for the lengthy customs clearance process. If you clear customs prior to 45 minutes - please contact us so that we may have a driver pick you up sooner.
Your driver will wait a maximum of 30 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time.
Your pickup time will be adjusted accordingly based upon the actual flight arrival time. A valid incoming flight number is required for all reservations so that we may properly track your flight.

Please contact us to reconfirm your booking at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled travel. Your driver will be waiting for you at the airport with a name sign at the baggage claim for domestic arrivals, or at the customs exit for international arrivals.
The allotted waiting time is 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Your driver will not arrive at the airport until 45 minutes after international flight arrivals to allow for the lengthy customs clearance process.
