About this experience

The experience starts at 10:00 by picking up the travellers from any location of Tbilisi. At first we will visit massive monument called Chronicles of Georgia located in the outskirts of Tbilisi overlooking picturesque sea of Tbilisi. The place is also known as Stonehenge of Georgia. Massive pillars represent the cultural and religious history of the country.
Next stop will be at the Cognac/Brandy factory which was established by famous Georgian entrepreneur and philanthropist David Sarajisvili in 19th century. We will visit ancient cellars of the factory and savour 3 different types of brandy.
After warming up with Georgian Brandy, we will continue our ride towards the historical centre of the town visiting one of the most famous organic wine cellars of the town, Amphora Wine Shop or VinoUnderground for sampling of Georgian Organic wines. Here you will find out all the magics about the technology of Georgian winemaking and about how Georgian wines are fermented in Kvevris.
