At every turn your Expert Guide will share interesting facts and myths about Dublin, its history, Georgian architecture and important monuments, including the Famine Memorial Fountain and the Molly Malone Statue.

You will visit the medieval Church of St. Audoen. This church is now home to the Polish chaplaincy in Ireland. The interior, which has a coffered barrel-vaulted ceiling, is lit by lunette windows high above the walls.

The Old Library, with its collection of over 200,000 old books, is a quiet and elegant sanctuary that will delight every book lover. Its greatest treasure is the Book of Kells, a rare 9th century manuscript of the four Gospels of Jesus Christ. It’s a masterpiece in every sense of that word.

• Please check your email the day before the tour to receive important information.
• Please note that the number of attractions depends on the selected option. Guided tours inside St. Audeon’s Church, St. Patrick’s Cathedral and the Old Library (Book of Kells) are not included in the 3-hour option.
• Guided tours inside the churches during mass and special events are limited. If entry is not possible, the guide will provide all information outside.
• The Church of St. Audoen is open to the public daily from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM from April to October. The church is closed in winter so it will be replaced by another attraction such as Dublin Docklands.
• Skip-the-line tickets to St. Patrick’s Cathedral are reserved for a specific time slot, so it's important to arrive on time. You will save time by skipping the line at the ticket office. The cathedral is usually open Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM and from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Admission excludes the Bell Tower.
• The Old Library and Book of Kells exhibition are best enjoyed in silence, so the guide will provide all information outside. Skip-the-line tickets are reserved for a specific time slot.
• We will arrange private transfers in a standard car (sedan) for groups of 1-4 people, and in a larger van or minibus for groups of 5 people and more. If you're traveling in a smaller group but want to travel in a more spacious car, we recommend booking a 5-people tour to make use of a larger vehicle.
• For the convenience of all guests, it is best to have 1 licensed guide per maximum of 25 guests, so that all guests can get the best experience, ask questions and hear the guide well. The price will be higher if you need more than 1 guide.
