Plaça de Gaudí offers a great view of the basilica’s exterior architecture with its 3 façades, each depicting a phase in the life of Jesus: nativity, passion and glory.

The 1880s church is still under construction, partly due to the delays caused by the Spanish Civil War, however its magnificent Gothic and curvilinear Art Nouveau form is absolutely heart-striking. Inside La Sagrada Familia, you will discover a surreal interior inspired by mother nature. Marvel at the elaborate nave featuring a stunning altarpiece and magnificent pillars carved to resemble trees, with colorful light streaming from the stained glass panels. See the crypt where Gaudi is buried and the Museum, which contains a collection of drawings, photos and models of the basilica’s development.
