- Piazzale Michelangelo is located up a hill so you should wear comfortable shoes.
- Church tours during mass and special events are limited.
- Santissima Annunziata is open weekdays and holidays at 7.30 - 12.30; 16 - 18.30.
- Skip-the-line tickets to Santa Croce include a reserved entry slot. Headsets for groups of 5+ people are included.
- Admission to the Cathedral (Duomo) is free but there can be a 1-hour line to get in. Open from 10:15 am to 3:15 pm.
- Giotto Pass grants you a timed admission slot to Giotto's Bell Tower (via stairs, 414 steps). The Baptistery of San Giovanni, Museum and Santa Reparata are not part of the itinerary.
