Meet your guide in front of the Otivm Hotel, Via d'Aracoeli, Rome, Italy. Please do not enter the hotel, it is only a meeting point

The tasting includes 5 wines paired with delicious antipasto, that is, traditional Italian appetizers. Get a taste of simple Italian cuisine and see how regional meat and cheese tastes with wine. Learn about ancient wine traditions from the Roman Empire, and how viticulture became an integral part of the cultural heritage of Italy. The tasting will include 4 carefully selected wines, including original white wines from Rome, such as the popular Frascati or Castelli Romani. The guide will explain in detail how the different grape varieties, weather, aging method and other factors influence the taste of the final product. It will be a lot of fun for any occasion, from birthdays to bachelor parties.
