- Please note that tickets to the Tower of London are not included in a 2-hour tour.
- Admission to the Garden at 120 is free but requires booking. We cannot always guarantee entry at the requested time. The guide will show you the entrance to the roof garden but not accompany you inside, so enjoy the views for as long as you like.Please note that the Garden at 120, located atop the Fen Court building at 120 Fenchurch Street, is different than the Sky Garden at 1 Sky Garden Walk.
- Timed entry tickets to the Tower of London are reserved for a specific time slot so it's important to arrive on time. You will skip the line at the ticket office, but due to large crowds there may be a separate line to get in and go through security checks. We recommend booking your tour in the early morning, especially if you want to see the Crown Jewels as it can take an hour to enter the exhibition.
- For the convenience of all guests, we will limit the group size to 25 guests per guide, so that everyone can get personal attention, ask questions and hear commentary clearly.
