Our first destination is the Meskendir Valley, which is located near Ortahisar. Visitors will embark on a short trek through its magnificent landscape, which stretches 440 meters. The valley is home to the famous Meskendir Church, and visitors are free to explore its interior. The church's interior is beautifully adorned with geometric red embellishments, and visitors can take in the large cross engraving on the chapel ceiling.
Rose Valley
To fully experience Cappadocia, a visit to the Rose Valley is a must. The stunning rock formations and hidden churches carved from rock are a sight to behold. The valley is located behind Urgup and can only be accessed through countless tracks that connect small villages and towns, stretching like a spider web through vineyards and gardens. You may even come across villagers working in the area, who may offer you grapes, apples, or apricots.

The most fascinating aspect of this area is the numerous tracks that connect the small villages and towns, forming a spider web-like network through vineyards and gardens. The Rose Valley, located behind Urgup, is an isolated valley worth exploring.
Cavusin Village
We will be visiting Cavusin Village, which is one of the oldest villages in the region. The village also boasts the Church of John the Baptist, which is the biggest cave church in all of Cappadocia. It dates back to the fifth century.
Out of the 36 underground cities constructed by Christians to flee from persecution, the most renowned and extensive one is the one we are about to visit. A trip to Cappadocia would be considered incomplete without exploring this city. The underground city is divided into eight levels, out of which visitors can explore four. It includes an intriguing network of wineries, kitchens, and living quarters.
During our trip, we will make a stop on the outskirts of Goreme to witness the breathtaking views of Pigeon Valley. This valley has been named after the old pigeon houses that were carved into the cliff faces centuries ago. Farmers in the region used pigeon manure as a natural fertilizer for their crops. It was an excellent source of nutrients for their crops, and the pigeon houses were built as a way to collect the manure.
Our last destination is the troglodyte town of Uchisar, located in the heart of Cappadocia. The town's castle, Uchisar Castle, is named after the massive rock situated in the center of the town that once served as a castle. It is the highest peak in the region, providing breathtaking views of Cappadocia and Erciyes Mountain.
