What you'll see

You will receiving your booking confirmation after you have completed the necessary information.

The day before your scheduled pickup you will be advised of the name of your driver. We will also require what information you would want us to put on your greeting sign. Eg. your name or a phrase etc.

After you have cleared customs you will exit at the main exit and you driver will be outside with your sign for you to identify him.

He will then escort you away from the crowd so as not to obstruct traffic when he come back with the vehicle. When he arrives back to you he will put your luggage in vehicle and you can enter the vehicle.

You will then receive your complimentary bottle of water and begin your journey.

After reaching your destination your driver will get the bell hop if available and help unload your luggage. He will then do a check to see if you are leaving anything behind then be on his way.
