Once you've explored the infamous prison, hop on your all-electric bike and start discovering San Francisco from the Cable car turnaround in the Fisherman's Wharf. We provide a helmet and bike lock, so you can easily stop at cafes, museums, or any of the city's vibrant neighborhoods.

Please plan on a 3-hour Alcatraz Island tour experience, including roundtrip boat time.
Each ferry ride, the departure to Alcatraz Island from San Francisco and the return ferry to Pier 33 Alcatraz Landing from the Island, takes about fifteen (15) minutes. You can stay on Alcatraz Island as long as you like, but please plan for three (3) hours to enjoy the Cellhouse Audio Tour, view the exhibit, and explore the Island. It is recommended that you arrive at least forty-five (45) minutes prior to your departure time.

Important notes

• The tour package is two tours over and can be done same day or the day after. The Alcatraz tour will be on the date that you book, the Electric Bike rental will be on the day after unless requested for the same day. You will be informed approximately 4 days before your Alcatraz trip is scheduled to depart on your exact Alcatraz departure time.
• After booking, the Alcatraz date cannot be adjusted
• Credit card with ID (one per party) is required to be on file for a security deposit
• Alcatraz voucher and a valid photo ID for all travelers will be required to pick up your Alcatraz tickets at Pier 33
