At a ranch in the mountains, we will eat traditional dishes based on fresh and local ingredients. Among them, beef, kid or chicken stews stand out, accompanied by corn tortillas, beans, rice and handmade sauces. Tamales, nopales, chiles rellenos and fresh cheeses are also enjoyed. The meal will be simple but full of flavor, using fresh products such as aromatic herbs and vegetables from the region.
