• All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions, weight restrictions and other operational issues.
• We operate a fleet of helicopters that have different operating parameters, passengers who are in excess of 135kg can't travel in the R44 and groups of 4 passengers who are in excess of 360kg in combined weight may have to upgrade to a larger helicopter for additional cost.
• Accurate individual passenger weights MUST be provided at the time of booking. Failure to provide accurate weights may result in the passenger(s) being unable to fly or further costs to the passenger(s) to proceed with the planned flight or aircraft upgrade. This is all based on safety and will never be compromised. If passenger(s) are unable to fly due to inaccurate weights, no refund will be given.
• Bookings for two passengers with a combined weight of more that 180kg's are required to book a private flight
• If you have an infant (a passenger under 2 years), you will be required to book a private flight for additional cost.
• Children from the age of 2 years must occupy their own seat and are charged at the same rate as an adult.
• If you have requested or require a courtesy transfer from a city hotel, please ensure that you make contact with Sydney HeliTours and provide at least 48hrs notice, as it is subject to availability and arranged from designated city hotels only.
• The decision surrounging inclement weather and if it is deemed safe and suitable to fly is at the discretion of the pilot in command and will be made on the day of the booking where conditions are assessed accurately.
