Stop 1

This tour starts with pick-up from your Chengdu downtown hotel lobby at 8:00 am by local friendly tour guide.

You will firstly visit the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda (Panda Base), as the pandas are very active in the morning, the environment here is exquisitely designed with luxurious stands of bamboo. You will see lovely giant pandas eating and playing, stroll around the home of Giant Pandas and watch the video to know the panda daily life.

Stop 2

Later head to Leshan with around 2-hour driving, enjoy a delicious lunch at local restaurant, and start to explore the Leshan Giant Buddha, a statue of Maitreya in sitting posture and was included by UNESCO on the list of the World Heritage sites in 1996. Measuring about 233-feet high, the Giant Buddha has symmetrical posture and looks which have been beautifully captured in its solemn stillness. There you will take a boat to have a whole view of the Giant Buddha.

Afterwards, enjoy a relaxing driving back to downtown and drop-off at your hotel to conclude the Chengdu trip.
