We offer private transportation service from Punta Cana International Airport to all resorts in Punta Cana. Once you book your service, I will track your arrival and departure time to make sure we meet on time. Keep in mind that the airline will not notify me of any last-minute change. You will have to notify me of any last-minute change from the airline.

On your arrival to Punta Cana International Airport, I will be waiting for you on past the exit doors with your name on a whiteboard. A lot of customers get confused on their arrival because they are stopped by other transportation companies. Do not stop and keep on walking until you go past the exit doors of the terminal.

When we drop you off at the hotel, we will coordinate the pickup time for your departure if you choose the roundtrip option. As norm, I will pick you up 3 hours before the departure of your flight. Please remember that you will have to update me of any last-minute changes. For your departure trip, I will be waiting for you outside the check-out lobby.
