• All aviation operators are governed by Marine Park permits allocating minimum heights, distances and restrictions. Valsoff Cay is open to the general public and there is an EPA ruling that prevents your local operator from landing on the Sand Cay if it is already occupied due to safety regulations and with these, in place they, unfortunately, cannot guarantee exclusivity to the Sand Cay. If Sand Cay is occupied upon arrival, you will enjoy a scenic flight to another exclusive beach location.
• Tour Cancellations: Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air traffic control and availability
• Refunds: Cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for a full refund claim and 24-48 hours, for a 50% refund claim. No refund applies if the booking is cancelled inside 24 hours.
