Vlasoff Cay is a public sand cay and as such can not be reserved. On the rare occasion it is occupied on our arrival we will not be permitted to land. If this occurs passengers will receive an extended reef scenic flight back to the Pier Heliport (total flying time 45 mins including initial 20 mins from Cairns to Vlasoff Cay). Passengers will be able to keep their picnic lunch and our reservations team will advise and assist with any refunds applicable.
Child Policy: Children 3 years and above are legally required to be seated in their own seat and are therefore required to pay the full ticket price. Subject to conditions, children under 3 years may travel free of charge when seated on a parents/guardians lap. For bookings of more than one infant (under 3 years), conditions apply – please contact Reservations.

• All aviation operators are governed by Marine Park permits allocating minimum heights, distances and restrictions. Valsoff Cay is open to the general public and there is an EPA ruling that prevents your local operator from landing on the Sand Cay if it is already occupied due to safety regulations and with these, in place they, unfortunately, cannot guarantee exclusivity to the Sand Cay. If Sand Cay is occupied upon arrival, you will enjoy a scenic flight to another exclusive beach location.
• Tour Cancellations: Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air traffic control and availability
• Refunds: Cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for a full refund claim and 24-48 hours, for a 50% refund claim. No refund applies if the booking is cancelled inside 24 hours.
