Stop 1

Evolution departs Cairns daily, with five hours spent visiting two spectacular Outer Great Barrier Reef locations - Hastings Reef, Saxon Reef or Norman Reef. Evolution is a large 35-metre catamaran with three spacious deck spaces to lounge in comfort.

Experience one of the wonders of the natural world up close and personal snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef (included). Dial up the adventure and add a scuba dive or scenic helicopter flight (extra costs apply, speak to reservations after booking).

Enjoy a delicious barbecue lunch cooked onboard with a variety of salads, breads (special dietary requirements catered for too).

As well as a complimentary glass of wine, cheese and biscuits on the return journey.

Embark on a fascinating journey of discovery with Skyrail Rainforest Cableway over and deep into Australia’s Wet Tropics World Heritage Area which has survived against all odds to become the home of the world’s oldest rainforest story. Enjoy a truly unique perspective of this ancient landscape; glide metres above the pristine jungle canopy before descending to explore the rainforest close up.

Enjoy free time in Kuranda strolling the streets of this iconic location in Far North Queensland.

Then, take the Kuranda Scenic Railway back down to Cairns. This scenic rail is the original scenic rail journey to Kuranda. Travel over bridges and through tunnels hand-made by North Queensland’s pioneers over 100 years ago. Traversing the World Heritage listed rainforest of the Barron Gorge National Park this is one of the world’s great railway journeys.

Stop 3

Head out on 4WD rainforest adventure on the original Daintree Rainforest Tour with a local tour guide. Take a guided walk through the ancient Daintree Rainforest and along the flawless white beaches of Cape Tribulation with your guide. Enjoy a 1-hour river cruise and listen to commentary about the local wildlife as you try to spot crocodiles. Then, take a freshwater swim in the heart of the rainforest, have lunch with your fellow travellers, and enjoy a homegrown tropical fruit ice cream.

In a commitment to the safety of our guests, divers over 65 years must have a medical clearance with a physician the confirms they are Fit To Dive. Please be aware that certain medical conditions (e.g. asthma, heart disease, diabetes) and ANY prescription medications will require a letter or email from a doctor clearing you to dive. This clearance must state your full name, the doctor's name and practice and the clearance to dive for the specific medications/condition. Please review the operators Medical Questionnaire and Terms & Conditions prior to travel.

RAINFOREST DAY: return transfers are included from Cairns, Northern Beaches, Southside, and Port Douglas. Please contact the tour operator before travel to re-confirm pick up location.

REEF DAY: Please make your own way to the Reef Fleet Terminal (1 Spence Street, Cairns) to check-in from 7.15am - 7.45am. Evolution departs at 8am. Alternatively, you can book return transfers for an additional cost. Please contact the tour operator.

SKYRAIL / KURANDA DAY: please speak with reservations, this will be based on where you are staying and timings confirmed at the time of booking. If you are staying in Cairns City and choose to do the Skyrail first, transfers are included (Beaches and Port Douglas are self-drive only and you will need to make your own way to either Skyrail or the Kuranda Train).

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: you must confirm your special dietary requirements at least 24 hours before travel.
