The meeting point will be at the entrance of Lucas de Galvez Market, behind the Mexico Post Office/Museum. Our team will wait 5 minutes to start the tour.

From here we start our tour enjoying some traditional refreshing drinks and will try our first dish of the day, the authentic cochinita pibil, a classic of Yucatecan cuisine.

Our next stop will be to taste some local fruit, visit some typical stands and explain more about the products and customs of the region

During our tour, we will try the black filling, one of the most emblematic preparations of the Yucatec gastronomy.

Black stuffing is not just a dish, but an expression of Yucatan’s culinary history.

We return to the starting point of the tour to say goodbye, so we can continue enjoying a beautiful day in Merida
