About this experience
With twenty years experience as a truffle hunter, I have supplied some of the top Michelin starred chefs in England with my fresh local products and bring a wealth of knowledge and entertainment to my activities, as you can see on my BBC video "Truffle Hunting" with Gennaro Contaldo.
As well as the hunt the package includes a masterclass in pasta making before enjoying it for lunch with the fresh truffles you have found in the grounds of my beautiful Agriturismo.
