We work with organic foods and flours with a strong prevalence of zero-mile products. Furthermore we only use long leavening and high hydration. As a matter of fact every reservation must reach us at least with two days in advance and must be expressly accepted. Having said that furthermore it is possible to choose between other two different activities: the "all you can eat" formula with several types of pizza and the "vegetarian menu".
