Within this email will be instructions and a link to a Ticketmaster URL for retrieving your tickets. You will also receive a verification email with the SAME LINK directly from Ticketmaster.
After clicking the link in the claim email, you will be taken to the Ticketmaster claim page, and will be prompted to sign into your Ticketmaster account, or create a new account. Your ticket can be retrieved using any existing Ticketmaster account or any email for creating a new account.
Once signed into Ticketmaster, your tickets will be available in the email holder's account. If you have the Ticketmaster mobile app installed, you can open the ticket on the app. You may also access your tickets in the mobile web (if you don’t have the app). Tickets may also be added to your Apple Wallet.

3. Any existing tickets purchased prior to 19 March 2025 that have already been sent are still valid with their original link and QR code, and do not need to be re-issued.
Some other things to remember:
- Please turn off cell phones prior to the start of the show. It’s not just courteous to the other patrons; it’s the law in New York.
- Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket; regardless of age.
- Most Broadway theatres do not allow children under the age of 4 years to attend the performances. Also, some shows may not be suitable for children under 12. Please check with us if you are not certain.
Please do not be late! Some shows will not seat late arrivals until a suitable pause in the performance. Late seating is entirely at theatre management discretion.
