The day begins with a convenient hotel pickup at 4AM, ensuring a hassle-free start. You’ll be driven to the park, a scenic journey through Rwanda’s lush landscapes. Upon arrival, you’ll meet the park's guides and begin the hike.

Mount Sabyinyo, known for its rugged, multi-summit ridge, offers a challenging climb with panoramic views across Rwanda, Uganda, and Congo. Mount Bisoke, slightly easier, features a stunning crater lake at its summit and is known for its biodiversity, including chances to spot wildlife like golden monkeys or signs of mountain gorillas.

The hike typically takes 4-6 hours round trip, depending on the volcano and your pace, with trails winding through dense forests. You’ll need moderate fitness, sturdy hiking boots, and rain gear.

After the hike, you’ll return to the starting point and be driven back to your hotel in Kigali.
