Our Kawasaki Teryx side-by-side ATVs (UTVs) deliver an amazing off-road experience. These robust and versatile machines come with powerful 800cc electric start, 4-stroke EFI engines, CVT (automatic) transmission, and a well-tuned suspension that's perfect for our trail system.
We sit at the junction of 3 major ATV trails, located halfway between Cable and Hayward, Wisconsin. Park your car, hop in the machine, and ride. This provides direct access to over 1000 miles of heavily forested, hilly, winding trails that course through northern Wisconsin.
Trails are well-marked and many quaint trailside resorts and restaurants dot the area. We'll help you plot out a route, assist with reading the trail map, and give recommendations for places to stop. There are smartphone GPS apps available or take advantage of our entertaining & fun guide service.

The area's well-marked trail system traverses through over a million acres of county, state, and federal forests. Trails wind past glacial lakes, streams, and rivers up and down the near-mountainous terrain of northern Wisconsin. Quaint trail side resorts and resorts are dotted throughout the area.
Situated at the junction trails 63, 8 & 31 in Sawyer County we're a perfect trailhead from which to begin your offroad adventure. Our location halfway between Cable and Hayward, Wisconsin (just off US Hwy 63) makes Runamuk convenient to get to.
We're open 7 days a week. 4-hour rentals start at 10 am.
Our machines are late-model Kawasaki Teryx machines. These 800CC machines have a top speed of 50 mph and are equipped with electric start, EFI engines (turn the key and go), power steering, CVT (automatic) transmission, and specially - tuned suspension.
We require full payment upfront to reserve your machine. The best way to reserve is online. If you cancel 15 or more days from the start of the rental you'll receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Within 14 days there is no refund. However optional trip protection insurance is available when you book.
To operate our machines you must be at least 18 years of age, be skilled at operating an ATV, and, if required, have the necessary state-issued ATV Operator's Safety Certificate. Wisconsin requires those born on or after January 1, 1988, to have a Wisconsin or other state-issued certificate. Wisconsin, like many states, offers an online safety course.
There are no certification or special requirements for passengers but they should be at least tall enough so that their feet can touch the floor or the machine while seated. Helmet use for minors is mandatory; adults are optional. We provide the helmets free of charge. Adults not wanting to wear a helmet must sign a helmet refusal form.
All rentals require a $1500 per machine security/damage deposit that was collected, as a credit card authorization, just before the start of the rental. As long as you bring the machine back on time and in good condition (less ordinary wear and tear) we will void the deposit after we complete our return equipment inspection.

All participants involved with renting, operating, or using our equipment must carefully review, fully understand, and completely accept our waivers and terms of use prior to the start of the activity,
Upon arrival we'll confirm we have waivers and rental agreements from all members of your party; get you fitted for helmets; provide you with a trail map; point out suggested routes and places to stop; and review machine features with you. There are also several GPS trail maps available that work with your smartphone.
