On Airport Pick ups we will be waiting for you once you exit the airport. Look for a Ipad with your name displayed, Our Drivers will wear a Black, White, Blue, or Red Shirt.
On Hotel Pick ups we will wait in the Lobby at the pick up time.
For Villa/ Airbnb/ Rental Pick ups we will announce ourselves if possible, at the front door.
We will also pick up from the Port of Punta Cana for Cruise Ship Passengers.
We confirm all rides 24 hours in advance, please provide proper contact information.
Once your booking has been confirmed we will contact you to get your day of travel information for arrival and departure.
24 hours before we will confirm your pick up Time, Date, Flight Number (if applicable) and Location via Email. Please respond with the proper information so that we can reach you in case of an emergency or we need to locate you.
When we arrive for your pick up we will meet you at the predetermined area.
