Hi to all,
I'm Alvaro, a Venezuelan living in the beautiful Tamarindo Beach, Costa Rica, a surf instructor, and the Manager of Tidal Wave Surf Academy.
My journey with surfing started in Venezuela, 18 years ago, on a beach called Chirimena, and I surfed almost all of Venezuela's central coast.
Four years ago, I arrived in Tamarindo, fell in love with this beach town, and started to provide surf lessons.
I am an ISA-certified Certified Surf Instructor and I have vast experience teaching children and adults to surf.
Surfing has given me balance, calm, and a sense of meaning, and I enjoy transmitting the passion of surfing by teaching people the sport that has given me so much.
I am excited about sharing my knowledge and experience with you and helping you get the most out of your surfing experience.
I believe that the ocean is a source of peace and relaxation for people of all ages.
Our meeting place is at the Club33, next to Chiringuito Bar and Caprichos Restaurante. Tamarindo Beach Guanacaste Costa Rica
