Roo Pass is the most convenient Brisbane Airport and/or Gold Coast Airport and Theme Park transfer pass. The Roo Pass combines door-to-door pickup service and return transfers to Brisbane and/or Gold Coast Airports with the choice of one up to seven Theme Park/Attraction return transfers to use while on your stay! This pass has a 30 day expiry for the first use of travel which means you can use the theme park transfers attached to this pass at any time throughout your holiday!

Do you require transfers between Brisbane Airport and/or Gold Coast Airport and Hotel?

Simple. When making a booking, include your flight details and your full hotel name and address. Once your transfer is confirmed you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy!

* Please note that Australian Outback Spectacular (AOS) transfers are NOT included on the Roo Pass. There are no refunds given for unused transfers in the pass and passengers are required to confirm flight details for the airport transfer portion of the pass at the time of the booking.

• Gold Coast Airport Arrival Information:

International and domestic arrivals, collect your luggage from the luggage carousel and proceed toward the glass sliding exit doors at the northern end of the terminal. Please wait inside the terminal under the Transit Centre sign, located next to the International arrivals. Your shuttle services are on the hour every hour, so please ensure you are waiting and make contact with your Driver. If you require assistance the Gold Coast Tourism Visitor Information Centre is located opposite the car rental booths. It is requested that all mobile phones be switched on after arrival.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• Excludes entrance to the theme parks
