For Bateaux Parisiens -You can go to the boat pier without any prior reservation anytime. You need to go to port de la Bourdonnais opposite Eiffel Tower where you will see a board of the company Bateaux Parisiens. The trips start and end at same point which is "port de la Bourdonnais"
For Bateaux-Mouches - The closest stations to Bateaux Mouches are Alma Marceau and Franklin D Roosevelt. Alma - Marceau is 290 meters away, 4 min walk. Franklin D. Roosevelt is 295 meters away, 4 min walk. The Bateaux-Mouches pier is located very close to the Pont de l'Alma on the Port de la Conférence. The boats depart from there.
