IMPORTANT: The Machu Picchu authority requires the following information: full name, passport number, date of birth, and nationality in order to issue the entrance ticket. When booking, please provide this information exactly as it appears on your passport.
MACHU PICCHU CAPACITY IS LIMITED. Entry is scheduled in hourly shifts from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Our tour includes visits to Machu Picchu between the shifts from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. If these shifts are not available, FLY CUSCO PERU will immediately confirm the tour for the next available time, ensuring your visit to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu.
Machu Picchu tickets will be assigned according to availability at the time of booking. The first option will be Circuit 2 (we recommend booking at least 2 to 3 months in advance). If Circuit 2 tickets are sold out, Circuit 1 or Circuit 3 will be assigned as an alternative
ABOUT THE BRIEFING: A FLY CUSCO PERU representative will contact you one day in advance to arrange the meeting in your hotel lobby or at our offices in the historic center of Cusco, as previously agreed upon. We will provide you with a detailed map with a step-by-step itinerary and all the important tickets included in this program.
TO SPEND THE NIGHT IN AGUAS CALIENTES (MACHU PICCHU VILLAGE). Bring a small backpack or carry-on bag with enough clothing to last the night. You can leave the rest of your items at your hotel in Cusco; most hotels have storage facilities where they will keep your belongings (at no extra cost). We will also be happy to store your belongings at our office at Calle Ayacucho 230, 4th floor, OF 404, Historic Center, Cusco.
What to bring: sunglasses, comfortable clothes and shoes, a hat, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, a jacket, a small backpack with enough clothing to last the night. Waterproof clothing during the rainy season (December-Mar).
ABOUT WHEELCHAIRS: This option is offered as a private tour at an additional cost, but not all areas are wheelchair accessible.
There will be a maximum of 10 travelers per tour or activity. During low season, the tour or activity can accommodate up to 4 people, providing a more personalized experience.
