Due to heavy traffic, weather conditions, or other operational reasons, the itinerary may be subject to change or certain visits or conveyance may be omitted or substituted. Even in such circumstances, the tour may not be canceled, and the tour fare will not be refunded.
If the Sumida River Cruise is suspended for operational reasons, the Tokyo Bay Cruise(approx. 50 min. / including the river cruise) departing from Odaiba Island via Rainbow Bridge might be used as an alternative. In such a scenario, the visit to Hama-Rikyu Gardens will be omitted.
If both the Sumida River Cruise and the Tokyo Bay Cruise are not available due to operational reasons or weather conditions, driving through Odaiba Island via Rainbow Bridge and taking the Metro Expressway to Asakusa by bus might be as an alternative.
Children up to 5 years old may join the tour for free. However, please note that bus seats and lunch will not be provided for free. If bus seats or lunch are required for a child, the applicable child fare will be charged.
The tour involves a good amount of walking outdoors. We suggest wearing sneakers or comfortable shoes. Please prepare rain gear, such as an umbrella or a raincoat, in case of bad weather.
A taxi may be used for pick-up and return services. Due to operational reasons, a guide may not accompany you when providing pick-up and return services.
The tour duration is approximately 4.5 hours. The remaining time will be allotted for pick up and travel time in between the attractions .
