Iniciaremos una caminata de 50 minutos, por senderos ecológicos. Nos brindarán una charla sobre el proceso completo, producción, recolección, secado, tostado de café. Llegaremos a cascada escondida de 25 metros de altura, disfrutaremos de un refrescante baño de aguas provenientes de la sierra nevada de santa marta, luego iniciaremos una caminata de 50 minutos, en medio del bosque húmedo tropical hasta llegar donde nos deleitaremos con un delicioso almuerzo, allí tendremos una charla sobre el proceso completo, producción, recolección, secado, tostado del cacao y aprenderemos hacer nuestra propia barra de chocolate.
