About this experience
Descend 10 feet below the street level and discover what is buried right under the Roman streets you just walked on. You will explore a fascinating and completely different city from the ancient and early Christian time. See surprisingly well preserved buildings, paintings and other gems during this Rome Underground Tour.
Please note that on Tuesday, instead of the catacombs of Santa Domitilla, you will visit another catacomb. Also, on Tuesday and Wednesday instead of the Case Romane (Roman Houses), you will visit the Santi Cosma and Damiano church.

This walking tour includes a number of 10-15 minute walks between sites and some steep staircases. Comfortable walking shoes and a bottle of water are strongly recommended.

Meeting point
Your guide will meet you at the Basilica of St Clemente, at the entrance door. Across the street is a restaurant called Hostaria I Clementini, the address Via di S. Giovanni in Laterano, 106. They will have a Through Eternity sign or flag.
