Detailed itinerary

1

Your Evening Desert Safari Dubai adventure begins with a warm meet & greet followed by convenient pickup from your hotel or accommodation anywhere in Dubai or Sharjah. Relax in a comfortable air-conditioned 4x4 Land Cruiser or choose a private transfer for a more exclusive experience. The scenic drive to the Dubai Red Dunes desert takes around 45–60 minutes, offering you a chance to see the contrast between the modern city skyline and the vast Arabian Desert landscapes.
Along the way, you’ll pass by iconic Dubai landmarks, luxury resorts, and desert outskirts, giving you a glimpse of the city’s charm before the golden sand dunes appear on the horizon. This journey sets the tone for your unforgettable evening filled with dune bashing, camel riding, sandboarding, live entertainment shows, and a BBQ dinner under the stars.

2

When you arrive at the first stop in Lahbab Desert, also called the desert meeting point, you’ll have a short break to freshen up before your adventure begins. Separate restroom facilities for men and women are available, giving you comfort before the excitement starts. Meanwhile, your skilled Dubai desert safari driver will deflate the 4x4’s tires—ensuring safe and smooth dune bashing across the Red Dunes.

Here you can also enjoy optional ATV rides, quad biking, or buggy adventures in Dubai’s desert. Take control of a powerful quad bike in Lahbab Desert and feel the adrenaline as you explore the golden dunes at your own pace. If your Dubai desert safari package includes this activity, ride straight away; if not, you can upgrade on-site. Whether you choose an off-road ATV adventure, a dune buggy ride, or desert photography, this meeting point sets the stage for your unforgettable Dubai Red Dunes Desert Safari.

3

Experience the thrill of dune bashing in Dubai on a 30–40 minute ride across the high Red Dunes of Lahbab Desert. Sit tight as your skilled desert safari driver takes you up and down the golden sand dunes in a powerful 4x4 Land Cruiser, giving you an exciting, rollercoaster-style adventure. This is one of the most famous activities in every Dubai Desert Safari tour and a highlight for adventure seekers.
After dune bashing, try sandboarding in Dubai — a fun activity for all ages. Strap on a board, slide down the soft sandy slopes, and feel the thrill of surfing the desert. Don’t forget to capture amazing desert photography while surrounded by endless dunes. You may also get the chance to pose with a beautiful falcon in the desert. If falcon photography in Dubai is included in your package, enjoy it for free; otherwise, you can pay on the spot for this unforgettable Arabian Desert experience.

4

After your thrilling dune bashing adventure, your driver will take you to a traditional Bedouin-style desert camp in Dubai. Here, you’ll be welcomed with authentic Arabian coffee, tea, and snacks, setting the tone for an evening of culture and relaxation. Explore a variety of campsite activities such as shisha smoking, trying on traditional Emirati attire for desert photography, or simply enjoying the peaceful desert atmosphere.
As the evening continues, indulge in a delicious BBQ buffet dinner in Dubai desert with a wide selection of veg and non-veg dishes, fresh salads, and Arabic desserts. The night comes alive with spectacular live entertainment shows including mesmerizing belly dance, whirling Tanoura dance performances, and breathtaking fire shows.
