About this experience

The quad tour of four hours contains beautiful views of the entire Zadar archipelago and the Zadar hinterland. We climb to 1100 m above sea level with a few breaks for photography. Driving over the most beautiful mountain road in Croatia, Majstorska cesta, we pass by the church of St. Francis dating from 1832. Also, we pass the locations where films about the Indian chief Winnetou were made. Continuing the ride, we can see windmills up close, after which we arrive at the viewpoint of the canyon of the river Zrmanja, then we return mostly on macadam. The whole ride is led by our guide who points out the beauties and curiosities of our region at every stop.

You can choose between these three options:

Single or Double Rider – 1 or 2 people on 1 quad

Family – up to 4 people in 1 buggy, with at least one child between 10 and 18 years of age

Friends – up to 4 people in 1 buggy

Here we will pick you up and we will start our excursion.

Velebit is the largest, though not the highest, mountain range in Croatia.

This is our highest view point (1100 meters above sea level). From this place we can see all three Croatian seas, Zadar hinterland and archipelago (National park Kornati, Dugi otok, Pašman, Ugljan).

Tulove grede is a strange karst phenomenon on Velebit. It is located in Park of nature Velebit and it is about 1km long with highest peak of 1120 meters above sea level. On this spot was filmed Winnetou.

Majstorska cesta (State road D547) is a state road in Croatia and was the first modern road in Croatia and still is the most Beautifull Mountain road in Croatia.
