Our goal is that you leave with the knowledge necessary to understand labels and choose the best olive oil. We will demystify beliefs about olive cultivation and assure you that, after visiting us, you will never let them sell you cat for hare.

You will learn the history, culture and global relevance of olive oil, as well as what criteria to follow when buying a quality one. Relive how the olive was harvested and ground in the past and discover the modern processes we use today to make our precious liquid gold.

From our location, surrounded by a sea of olive trees, you will take in the breathtaking views of the Sierra de Cazorla with its charming white villages and mountains, in an experience that will leave you speechless.
