Itinerary:
1. Upon arrival at the reception desk, please present your reservation ticket. The staff will give you your access bracelets and assign you a guide to begin the tour.
2. Before entering the protected area, you have the option of participating in a brief Mayan ceremony to ask permission from the guardians of the site. This is a respectful way to begin the experience in this sacred space.
3. With your guide, you will begin the experience towards the closed cenotes. The tour will allow you to admire and experience these underground bodies of water, considered sacred portals by the Maya.
4. Once the visit to the cenotes is over, the group will return to the initial starting point.
5. After completing the guided tour, you are free to stay at the site. If you wish to stay longer to enjoy the facilities or the surroundings, you are welcome to do so.
