8:15am – Meet at Explore Catalunya Office
Arrive at our central office opposite the Palau de la Música in Barcelona. Check in, meet your guide, and get ready for your small group adventure.
8:30am – Depart Barcelona
Leave the city behind as your guide shares insights about the region. Sit back and relax on a comfortable minivan drive through the Catalan countryside.
10:00am – Explore Pals
Wander through the cobbled lanes of Pals, one of Catalonia’s most picturesque medieval villages. Climb the tower, browse local craft shops, and enjoy the views.
11:45am – Arrive in Calella de Palafrugell
Breathe in the sea air as you explore this charming fishing village. Take a walk along the coastal paths or dip your feet in a quiet cove.
If you’ve selected the lunch upgrade, sit down at a seafront restaurant to enjoy a traditional seafood paella overlooking the Mediterranean.
1:00pm – Paella Lunch
Enjoy a traditional seafood paella lunch at a local restaurant right by the sea — fresh, regional, and full of flavour.
3:00pm – Visit Girona
Discover Girona’s old town. Walk the ancient Roman walls, visit the Gothic Cathedral, or wander the Jewish Quarter. Enjoy time to explore at your own pace.
6:30–7:00pm – Return to Barcelona
Travel back to Plaça Catalunya in central Barcelona. Your guide will offer helpful tips for dinner or how to return to your hotel.
