Your adventure begins in the afternoon with a scenic drive into the mountains. Get to a quiet campsite in Hierve el Agua, enjoy the evening, savor a delicious local dinner as night falls and fall asleep surrounded by nature beneath the stars.
Wake up before dawn to watch the sunrise paint the mountains in gold — a truly magical sight. Savor a freshly prepared local breakfast. Afterward, we’ll hike the full circuit trail around stunning rock formations, hike down to see them from below. We'll continue the hike up to stunning view points. Finish the hike by the mineral-rich spring pools and take a refreshing swim.
After your adventure, we’ll head to Tlacolula Market, one of Oaxaca’s most vibrant and authentic markets. There, you’ll enjoy a delicious Oaxacan lunch, with options like barbacoa, huaraches, tlayudas, quesadillas, memelitas — the perfect way to celebrate the end of your journey.
