Stop 2

South Stradbroke Island is the most southern sand island in Moreton Bay and is a 22km long protected Conservation Park managed by The Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service.

Once arriving at Tipplers guests have about 3 hours to enjoy this piece of Paradise.

Guests can choose to relax or to join our Tour guide on the ‘Tipplers Walking Trail’. This is a 45-minute guided round trip walk - suitable for most fitness levels - that leads visitors across the island through a beautiful dense forest of Australian native vegetation species to the remote eastern beach. Here the only other visitor may be a wallaby or two!

This isolated eastern beach of South Stradbroke Island is the perfect spot to take a photo viewing south to Surfers Paradise in the far distance. It is also the perfect vantage point to view the passing Humpback Whales during their June – October annual migration!

Stop 3

After returning from 'The Tipplers Walking Trail' guests can relax and order lunch and a drink at the Tipplers Cafe - watched on by with the native wallabies!

'Beachcomber' will be moored or anchored nearby if guests wish to return to the boat to enjoy fishing or relax on the water in the comfort of the boat - our Skipper will be on board to look after you!
