Detailed itinerary

1
Stop 1

The cave has two openings, from the smaller of which lets the sunlight penetrate and which, due to the effect of the refraction of light on the green sea water, give a suggestive and spectacular play of lights and colors which are reflected on the internal walls of the cave and in the surrounding sea.
Note: Consider the duration to reach the island of Capri and the Green Grotto plus a swim break

2
Stop 2

The cave takes its name from the color of its rocks: an extraordinary candid white. This extends for 30 meters. Inside, the waters form two small lakes communicating through an artificial channel carved into the rock. In Roman times it seems to have been used as a shelter for boats.
Note: Consider the duration to reach the White Grotto plus a swim break

3
Stop 3

It is a natural sea cave located inside the cliff, it has a length of 60 meters and a width of 25 meters. The color of the water is a transparent blue with silvery reflections. It doesn't seem to float, but to fly suspended in the sky.
Note: Consider the duration to reach the Blue Grotto plus a swim break

4
Stop 4

South-east of Capri, the Faraglioni are the emblem of the island, a place where nature, history and legend blend fully, all within a breathtaking panorama.

There are three Faraglioni: the Faraglione di Terra (or Saetta), the only one still connected to the mainland and 110 meters high; the Faraglione di Mezzo (or Stella), with a natural gallery 60 meters long; and the Faraglione di Fuori (or Scopolo), 104 meters high, home to the rare and famous blue lizard.

Note: Consider the duration to reach the stacks plus a swim break and return
