You are allowed to bring a cell phone, go pro or camera. Air Kauai will provide a lanyard for one camera device per person.
Passengers must be 10yrs old or older to participate on the Doors Off flight. Only passengers 16 years old and older can be on an outside/edge seat.
Weight restrictions: Any passenger exceeding 230lbs, two passenger combined over 400lbs or for groups of 3 or more an average weight of 190lbs or more an additional seat must be purchased at the time of booking. Any passenger over 250lbs no matter what the combined weight is must purchase an additional seat. This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers on board.
Must wear closed toed shoes or sandals that strap to your ankles. No flip flops or slides.
Please view your ticket for your confirmation number, check-in and departure times.
No hats, bags, sunglasses or any loose items allowed. Nothing in your pockets. We provide goggles that you are required to wear. If you have prescription glasses that is fine please wear smallest pair or contacts as they must go under the goggles.
Long hair must be tied up in a bun or braid.
The helicopter is a shared cabin of 6 passengers and one pilot on each flight.
Not wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair passengers nor can the staff personally/physically assist people into the helicopter.

Meeting point

Upon entering the Lihue Airport stay to the left towards the CARGO/HELIPORT. Take a left at the second stop sign and head north on Ahukini Road. Take the first right after the UPS Customer Center Drive and look for the Air Kauai sign. Park on the grass area and check-in in the black office.
