Wadi Shab is one of the most famous and beautiful natural attractions in Oman, located in the Al Sharqiyah region, about 1.5 to 2 hours' drive from Muscat. It's a stunning canyon filled with clear turquoise water pools, waterfalls, and lush vegetation nestled between rugged cliffs.

Detailed itinerary

Stop 1

Depart from Muscat we drive to Wadi Shab. You will be taken for breathtaking Visual Scenes, "the most beautiful among Muscat tours scenes", an easy walk through the Wadi and you will have a picnic there. About 40 minutes walk through the canyon and green terraced gardens will bring you to a series of streams and pools. You will now have the opportunity to swim in crystal clear water and swim through a narrow keyhole, magnificent cave to Surface inside, which contains an inspiring waterfall. The cave is a magnificent magical place.

Then after we drive to Bimmah Sink Hole, a big crater near the sea with a small lake at the bottom, which is believed to have been created by meteor.

Stop at Fins Beach. Relax a while. Return to Muscat. (Kindly note that the wadi is strewn with rocks and pebbles which makes walking difficult. Advisable to wear sturdy walking shoes.
