Meeting point

The meeting point is 70 Andrew Don Drive, you will need to drive on a gravel road for 200 meters, then you will see a sign with a red light that says ”Chameleon Stargazing”, you need to turn right at the sign and enter the gate marked with 2 road cones.

Important notes

If your tour is scheduled to begin after 12 AM, please double check the date. For instance, if you plan to stay in Tekapo on December 31st and have booked a tour starting at 12:45 AM, your booking should indicate January 1st instead of December 31st. If this is confusing, please don't hesitate to reply to this email.

Our meeting point is located at 70 Andrew Don Drive, Lake Tekapo (https://maps.app.goo.gl/8mCEXLtUgDXKozEAA). To ensure a smooth arrival, kindly follow the instructions below:

-Please do not visit the site during the daytime, as it can be challenging to locate.

-Use Google Maps only; other mapping applications, such as Apple Maps, may not provide accurate directions.

-We will provide you with a weather update 30 minutes before the tour, allowing you to decide if weather conditions are favorable. So kindly check your email, junk or spam messages. If you didn't receive our message, please contact us immediately.

-Upon tour confirmation, we will set up a "Chameleon Stargazing" road sign and a red light near our entrance to assist you in finding us.

-You don't need to arrive excessively early; being 5 to 7 minutes ahead of schedule is sufficient.
