9AM/ 3PM You will be picked up from hotel then walk to the local market to get ingredients by yourself and experience a variety of foods from all the groceries such as: herbs, spices, vegetables, meats, fishes, fruits which are so fresh. You will have chance to learn some Vietnamese simple phrase in shopping and bargaining, which can easily do in a Hanoi one day tour.
Afterward, we come to our cooking venue to prepare and cook according to our guide’s instruction. You will be welcomed as special guests coming to our home with some kinds of drink. Then you can choose 4 dishes to cook. You are given some recommends for dishes that you can consider. Then, let's start cooking!
If you are not good at cooking, don’t worry, our professional chef will help you step by step to complete your dishes. This will be funny and worthy experience that you not only know the recipes to cook Vietnamese but also discover the local life and cuisine through easily way.
After finishing cooking, this is time for you tasting your results of half day - enjoy your meal in warm atmosphere. Do you feel those dishes better than usual? Let’s enjoy this relaxing time while having special lunch and chatting to friendly people!
