The mill designed by Philippe Starck stands as the first author mill in the world, fusing tradition, modernity and gastronomy in one place: the Sierra de Ronda. This space has been designed to highlight the culture and history of one of the emblematic products of Spanish gastronomy, with the collaboration of Philippe Starck, noted international designer.
LA Almazara allows you to witness firsthand the process of growing and transforming olive oil into an avant-garde building that has its own museum, tasting areas or auditorium for events in an incomparable place, the Sierra de Ronda. The building is a unique architectural gem, with a structure inspired by the personality of Andalusia: austere, rigorous, real, exaggerated, timeless, strong, spiritual and passionate.
Upon arrival you will find an impressive exhibition of photographs in the car park, a space designed by Stefano Robotti.
You can pick up the audio guide at Reception to start the visit to the Almazara Museum designed by Philippe Starck.
You will continue with the route between olive groves to our Mirador.
They will finish the tour with a tasting of organic olive oil from the different varieties of olives.
Visitors will be able to park in our Parking, they will find indicating the reception. They will have to show the ticket at reception and provide an audio guide to begin the visit.
