About this experience

THE Oil Mill designed by Philippe Starck stands as the first signature oil mill in the world, fusing tradition, modernity and gastronomy in a single place: the Sierra de Ronda. This space has been designed to highlight the culture and history of one of the emblematic products of Spanish gastronomy, with the collaboration of Philippe Starck, a prominent international designer.

LA Almazara LA Organic allows you to witness directly the process of cultivation and transformation of olive oil in an avant-garde building that has its own museum, tasting areas or auditorium for events in an incomparable setting, the Sierra de Ronda. The building is a unique architectural jewel, with a structure inspired by the personality of Andalusia: austere, rigorous, real, exaggerated, timeless, strong, spiritual and passionate.
